Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all LIRA tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine, unworn condition during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
